It carries vibrational frequencies of a focal point, and remembrance, often felt as tones, words, or sounds that may not be mentally understood, but are deeply recognized by your being.
Light Language supports emotional release, energetic recalibration, and expanded awareness. It helps bring your system into greater harmony with your original true essence.

Using the breath we'll gently walk through the energy centres, weaving in the rays of colour frequencies, geometry and symbols to support the fullness of your physical and non-physical expressions. This process is both deeply grounding and expansive, helping you sence the innate intelligence of your Body.
